Manoj founded MirchCPA to give growing businesses access to the financial clarity and strategic guidance they need. He is a licensed CPA and earned his Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Under his leadership, the firm combines tax and compliance, managed bookkeeping, fractional CFO support and financial advisory into one practical, forward-looking relationship.
